Ingredients
For the waffles
- 2 and 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 and 1/3 Cups Skim Milk
- 6 Tablespoon Salted Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/3 Cup Marshmallows
- 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
For the filling
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 2 Tablespoon Salted Melted Butter
- 3/4 Cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 1 Cup Marshmallows
- 1/3 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions
- On a medium setting pr-heat the waffle iron. If your waffle iron isn’t non-stick, grease it prior to use it.
- Take a large bowl and combine flour, baking powder and salt. Now take another bowl combine milk, eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Start adding dry ingredients slowly, stirring thoroughly until the batter takes shape. Lastly add crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate chips, and stir well.
- Add remaining crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a small bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Right before you make the waffles.
- When the batter is ready pour onto the heated waffle iron, when fully spread on each grid close the lid and wait about 2 minutes until finished cooking.
- Top one side of the waffles with CROPINO Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, buttered graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Now fold the waffle in half to make a S’more sandwich.
- Close the iron for 2 minutes until cooked brown and bubbling. Repeat until for all the batter and enjoy.
