- Boiled Noodles – 200 Gms
- CROPINO Chilli Garlic Sauce – 3 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic – 1 tsp
- Minced Ginger – 1 tsp
- Spring Onion (only white part) – 2 tbsp
- Spring Onion (only green part) – 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1.5 tsp
- Sliced Onion – ½ cup
- Julienned Carrot – ¼ cup
- Julienned Green Beans – ¼ cup
- Sliced Capsicum (green, yellow, red) – ¼ cup
- White Pepper – ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste

Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe
- Heat the wok and add oil to heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir fry it on a high flame.
- Add the chilli garlic sauce as a special ingredient for this noodles recipe. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add onions and spring onions (white part only) and sauté the onions for a minute or two.
- Add all remaining vegetables into the wok and stir fry them to make lip smacking chilli garlic noodles. It will take around 3 minutes to stir fry these vegetables.
- Now, turn the stove heat to medium from high and add white pepper, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and sugar.
- Stir everything together to mix it well.
- Once mixed well, add boiled noodles into the wok.
- Use tongs to mix the noodles and cooked vegetables well. Be gentle to ensure you don’t break noodles. Keep mixing to coat noodles with the sauce.
That’s it! Your chilli garlic noodles are ready. Garnish with green spring onion and serve hot.
