- 1 and 3/4 Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup CROPINO Peanut butter
- Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 and 1/4 cups Quick oats (gluten-free)
- Salt
The butter and milk will form the base of this peanut butter recipe.
Directions
- Take a medium saucepan. (2.5 – 3 quart)
- Combine the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder in the saucepan.
- Put the saucepan over medium heat and whisk the ingredients constantly till the butter melts completely.
- Once it reaches a full boil, stop whisking.
- Let the mixture boil for 1 hour.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, and immediately add CROPINO Peanut Butter, vanilla, salt, and oatmeal.
- Stir them together and make sure that they blend well and get combined completely.
- Let the oats soak up the moisture by allowing the mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
- In these 5 minutes, line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Make sure there is sufficient space in the refrigerator to place the baking sheets.
- After 5 minutes, take a cookie spoon (2 tablespoons) to place the dough on the lined baking sheets.
- Drop 2 tablespoons at one time. Be careful with this step.
- Flatten cookie dough slightly using the back of the spoon if you like to shape the cookie.
- Allow cookies to refrigerate for at least 6 to 12 hours.
