Ingredients
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Sliced mushrooms – 2 cups
- Brown or white bread slices – 2
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Green chutney or Tomato ketchup
- Cheese (slice or cube) – 1

- Salt and black pepper (as per taste)
Step By Step Process
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add the sliced mushrooms.
- Saute the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
